Everyone is trying to score a spot at some of the hardest and most coveted places in NYC.
And while knowing someone is a good way to secure, it’s sometimes just as simple as knowing when to call and get ahold of them.
Here are the best times to call to get that reservation at the place you’ve been dying to go to…
4 Charles Prime is 21 days out. But they drop new reservation spots at 9am (EST)
Carbone is 30 days out, but set your Resy alerts because they start dropping open tables at 10am (EST)
Corner Store is only 14 days out—believe it or not. However, make sure you’re by Resy at 10am (EST) to get ahead if everyone.
Don Angie is only 7 days out. Probably the easiest out of all the ones listed here. Get to your phone or computer by 10am (EST)
Le Café Louis Vuitton is one of the most sought after spots right now. No surprise that it is 28 days out to get a spot. But set your alarm for 12am (EST) and you’ll be on your way.
Monkey Bar is a solid 21 days out for their dining room. But sneak in a Resy alert or call at 9am (EST) while having coffee, and you’ll get that table.
The Polo Bar by Ralph Lauren is one everyone is trying to get right now—despite having been open since before COVID. Skip Resy and call them directly at 10am (EST) and one of their reservation specialist will hook you up. But expect to wait 30 days out; although, sometimes people will cancel last minute at 1pm. So best to give them a second ring if you’re really after it.
Torrisi is a good 30 days out. But try at 10am (EST) and you’ll see some surprise openings to get yourself that prized spot for some delicious food.
